DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery costs are free for orders over £75 to UK Mainland addresses. Delivery for orders under £75 will be charged at £4.95 per order.
We hope you are happy with your order from our luxury interiors store, however if you wish to return any part of your order you may do so for any reason. This can be arranged by the customer via tracked delivery.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging. Any associated costs of return will be covered by the customer. If a return is received back to us and is not in a resalable condition, we will return the item to the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your items, your order must be checked to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults or damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you with a refund or replacement.
